JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure – Stardust Crusaders – excellent return to the jojo universe for some good manly epic fighting shit. mandatory to to have watched previous seasons for this widely acclamined “best” story arc
Majin Bone – horrible shit show. bad designs, bud concept, bad animations. forgretable and generic mech. laughably ugly character expressions and design. ovverall the bad standard of this season. bout some bitch boy, find some power in his backyard near shrine, some alien comes, gotta fight i guess, bad.
Kamigami no Asobi – show for women with lots of pretty looking gay men. for what it is it’s actually pretty good. the guys are cool and well designed, the animation pretty good and even main char girl is tolerable and not bad looking. basically, various gods like hadus, susanno, loki etc have been acting up and super god greek god zeus is like yo, you all been bad boys, i take you to this special school with the one normal girl, learn about her so you can learn about humans. ya whatever
Seikoku no Dragonar – i was expecting boobs, and it still might deliver but i was somewhat disapointed. char designs are ok but the animation and execution are kinda bad. basically dragon world, dragon trainers school, war going on in world between magic vs science world i think. main boy has no dragon when he supposed to have one, everyone makes fun of him but he can use everyones dragon, some cute good looking girls but not really my thing. ok show but drop
Daimidaler – best concept. worst execution. joke mecha show about a man who basically needs to feel horny/ touch women up to get “energy” to power a mech that looks like a grunt piece of shit to fight off some generic dumb joke empire of dick (literal) looking penguins. bad animation, bad designs, HORRIBLE MECHA designs but maybe that’s on purpose because it’s kinda a joke show. fucking 1995 character designs lol. this is a boob show but it’s bad.
Mahouka – show that mark was hyped about/ apparently others were hyped about. I’m not so sure after one ep that it lived up to hype but it’s not bad, one of the more interesting shows in spring. Character designs are good, or at least what I thought untill i saw the girl’s uniform below the waist. WTF is this gown looking shit lol. basically exact same oreimo characters/va’s and roles in the future and struggle in future after WW3 and people go to magic school and people got power. main dude is like OP but is a “lower” rank than everyone else. one of the few times that the male uniforms are superior to the females. can’t stand that stupid gown bullshit. probably drop just because girls uniform so ugly but there is depth to the show if you are looking for it.
Captain Earth – yes. this sounds like a joke show. but it’s actually a serious show. probably one of the best that has potential so far this season. starts off like whateverrrr school life bullshit, emo kid, whatever. your dad died in space in a rocket lol emo emo, no, man some shit up, BAM, GET SOME MECH BITCH KID, CAPTAIN EARTH. character designs ok/generic, concept good but still pretty ambigious/ unclear at this point, very gundamish in a way so far. design also too. probably watch more get to get a better idea of what the hell is going on.
One Week Friends – i was expecting this to be a funny show. i was wrong. this is a drama targeted towards women/girls schoollife. familiar with movies “The Notebook”, “50 first dates” or even “Memento”? basically that except trying to make friend/ girl.
Akuma no Riddle – not bad show. suspense/mystery schoollife. good character designs, good music/sound effects, good animation, fairly decent concept. main girl looks kinda plain imo with the “mean girl” pointy angluar eyes type. basically assasin girls from different school all transfer to new school to same class to kill 1 girl. everyone in the class is obviously assasain except for one girl. main girl kinda likes/wants to protect target for some unknown reason, maybe past memories? The characters are mainly girls and they all have strong personalities and look good have good designs. probably watch more for now
Soul Eater Not! – soul eater spin off. pretty good. good designs and concept, obviously prequel to the main series but all/most of the main characters make cameo appearences like maka, deth the kid, sid, etc. basically follows story of normal girl who discovers she can become a weapon. transfers to death city school. make friends and stuff, new characters. not bad. has some story. will watch more.good
Ping Pong the Animation – most hardcore show this season. literially ping pong anime. INITIAL PONG. however, they use some weird ass animation technique like rotoscoping i think but way more stylized. I kinda like it, but since it’s not your usual “anime” faces expect ugly ass looking realstic shit faces kinda jokes lol. takes places my guess, 60’s 70’s 80’s, kind of hard to tell. so hardcore they have a chinese guy from china come in a beat these japanese kids ass at ping pong because china is OP KING of ping pong. main dude is basically like takumi. good shit.
that’s all i got for now, spring has so much shows
