Alright then, just like last season i’m gonna put all my thoughts onto one post because whatever, it’s easier this way. Not easier to read but easier. So far this season seems to me kinda mediocre and random, there’s nothing outstanding must watch but a few shows which I hope to have big meme payoffs and cute moe slice of life quality from. Of course the usual ongoing shows and the likes but yea, well balanced variety I guess. We’ll see how it goes.

Uchuu Senkan Tiramisu S2 – A return of a great space battle parody comedy. Good shit, will watch for sure. Continues off from the last season, a mini show of about 10 minutes but so good.

Souten no Ken Re-Genesis – Continuing stories of Kasumi Kenshiro, great uncle or something to Kenshiro in Fist of the North Star. The show itself is just like last season, pretty terrible 3d cg and slow pacing but because it is what it is, I will continue to watch this shit. Damnnnn.

Akanesasu Shoujo – Alright then first real new show is some magical girl drama with a bunch of friends of some sort who love old school music devices or whatnot like cassettes and records and end up unlocking a gate to another alternate dimension where their doppelgangers are either dead and or have powers and shit fighting something. Yea, it’s a bit weird but not bad. Kinda slow moving and It may take place in the 80’s or 90’s cause of the technology they are using but not sure. Girls are ok but nothing special. Largely forgettable, pass.

Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken – From what I hear this is a much anticipated new show based off more light novels again, another transported to another world when main guy is dead and have adventure in a fantasy world filled with orcs, magic and shit. While a dime a dozen, this one is actually pretty damn good, at least for me. The main gimmick this time is that the dude is reincarnated as a slime monster, or like a poring/blob monster in most fantasy games and is actually pretty OP and funny. The voice changes to a girl when the main boi becomes a slime so that’s cool and the interface or real time announcements of when new skills are acquired is really polished and professional looking. Good shit. Nice comedy, chill tone and premise. Quality is good too so yea, will probably watch this.

Thunderbolt Fantasy 2  – HOLY SHIT, THUNDERBOLT FANTASY 2? OH boi this is gonna be fun watching high quality beautiful Chinese puppets do fighting and drama shit. While not necessarily anime, I enjoyed the first season of this show and I think it was among the top 3 for 2016 I think? Can’t remember, too lazy to check but yea, looking forward to more hype puppet action.

Double Decker! Doug and Kiril – Bullshit original show that is trying way too hard to appeal to be cool edgy American themed but in the end is just shit. Something about a cop, something about drugs that gives people buffs, something about a cool cop and a shit cop, partners or something secret agency, mild gay, ugly designs, shitty boring pacing and premise. Nope, crap shit, next.

Jingai-san no Yome – Super mini show about some boy so is set to be in an arranged marriage but his bride is some kangaroo pikahoo thing which is supposed to be cute. Nahhhh not my thing, too dumb.

Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteir – Gay sports club show about long distance track and field running. Yawwwwnnnnnn yeaaaaaaaaa mannnnn, same shit different faces, names. Hidden gay show for women. Main guy looks like whatever, one hype boy tricks a bunch of dudes to live in his cheap apartment building so he can start the college track and field club again, all the tenants are like what the fuck you gay, yea but they go along with it anyways cause yea, good aparment etc. Nope.

Ken En Ken – Aoki Kagayaki – Bullshit chink anime that is so Chinese it hurts. It doesn’t have Tencent logo on it but it might as well be. I so totally didn’t give a shit about this show the only thing I remember was that there was an army of robot mecsh made out of cheap metal and wood, there were 2 Chinese girls in full Chinese clothes regalia, a Chinese boy, and a Chinese girl which surprise surprise ended up being the empress of the kingdom or whatever. Nope, bad character designs, story and premise, dumb. Nope.

Chuukan Kanriroku Tonegawa –  Gotta continue on the Tonegawa train of prequel side story spinoff kaiji fame. First season/half was pretty entertaining and funny in ways which I didn’t really predict. Hoping for more of the same with this season.

Seishun Buta Yarou wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume wo Minai – Probably based off either light novel or visual novel but it’s basically about this girl who dresses up in a bunny suit and walks around hoping to gain attention because people can’t see her anymore, or rather her existence has vanished; except for more lone dude at school who can still see her. Yea, I dunno about this one, it seems to me like a low impact, drama/romance coming of age type of story with a dash of cynicalism and lots of talking. The bunny girl herself is pretty cute and the drawing quality is pretty good too so it’s got that going for it. No doubt there will be more troubled youths with similar problems in a similar vein. I’m getting some mild bakemonogatari vibes except without the quality and creative SHAFT animation. Probably not.

Sora to Umi no Aida – So in the not so distant future Japan and the world has run out of fish. Japan be damned if that prevents them from eating sushi so they create space farms in outer space with just fish, giant fishbowls where they can raise tuna and whatever species people want to eat. According to the show, space fishing is a dangerous job where you have to pilot a little mech thing to catch and subdue the fish and just recently they passed a law which allowed women and girls to do the job too since it was always done by men. With this deregulation, girls flock to outer space to become space fishermen. Yeaaaaaaaa, that’s seriously the premise of the show, and honestly it’s so stupid it’s genius. The collection of cute girls that show up in this show are ok, nothing special but they do get the standard archtypes right. This thing screams MOBILE GAME tie in so hard I would be impressed if it wasn’t a game, seriously, I would be awestruck if this wasn’t a mobile game. Holy shit. I dunno, so dumb I might watch more.

Zombieland Saga – One of the better new shows this season and takes the whole Idol building concept to another level except as the name implies, all the girls are DEAD, and in some shape and form are revived back as zombies to create a new group consisting of zombie-girls. Yeaaaa whatttt theeee i dunnnooo aboutt this but it’s funnnn. Show starts with a pretty base headfake morning routine and the tone is cranked up to 100% as the main girl is hit by a car and killed within the first 5 minutes of the show. She wakes up and is surrounded by brain dead zombie girls wandering about but for some reason she is the only one with consciousness and a mind. After some funny zombie humor our producer shows up and gives her the low down that she’s been dead for 10 years and only now has been brought up to be in a new idol group, consisting of zombie girls. They do more funny shit and perform a show at a death metal concert where they end up just headbanging and screaming cause all are brain dead except for main girl but she just rolls with it cause the crowd likes it lol. This is a good show, the show is so creative and a new fresh take on the idol show thing and doesn’t take itself too seriously which is good. The girls are designed very good and are pretty. Good shit.

Bakumatsu – Something something shinsugumi, something something time travel, change history, gays, ugly character designs, dumb, leysau, cannons, something for women, yea nope. Shit.

Yagate Kimi ni Naru – Gay show for women about a girl who doesn’t realize she is gay but eventually realizes it because her senpai is gay too and she is gay for her kind of drama show where all the characters look like they are from Fate stay night or grand order whatever but not really but also kinda the same yea fare. Not for me, good for gays tho.

Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san – HELL YEA, the first real slice of life take it easy comedy show is here. FUCK YEA it’s about time. This show is basically Gabriel dropout except instead of Gabriel being an angel, she is a chill vampire girl. Indeed, it also has elements of Kiniro Mosaic with the whole, I love white people trope going on with the secondary girl character fawing over how beautiful the main vampire girl; Sophie is with her white hair, pale skin and etc. The fact that the voice actor for Sophie is Miyu Tomita, the same girl who did Gabriel adds further to the cause that to me this show is to be dubbed Gabriel Vampire because it’s literally that. Good shit, nice cute moe character designs, jokes and slice of life, chill good shit. Watch for sure.

Irozuku Sekai no Ashita kara – Kinda interesting show about some depressed girl who is a mage is sent back in time by her grandmother to meet her younger self to make her feel better about herself and fireworks. Yea, it’s a bit convoluted but it works. Show starts off in the year 2068 or something and magic is common everywhere, same for mages, sad girl is feeling sad, watching fireworks with grandmother. Grandmother is all like, i’ve been waiting for this day, it’s a full moon, i’ve been saving this magic shit to sent you back in time, to when I was a girl your age so I can talk to you or something. She does so and sad girl goes back in time to the year 2018 (how convenient) with directions to meet with young grandma and so the show unfolds. The concept is pretty interesting and the sad girl is very pretty herself with long white hair and yellow eyes. I think this show will probably end up as a romance/drama slice of life growing up story but it’s premise is interesting enough to warrant more attention. Might watch more.

Dakaretai Otoko 1-i ni Odosarete Imasu. – SUPER GAY SHOW. AND I MEAN SUPER GAY. In this show one of the main guys literally asks the other gay man for sex. “I beg you, please let me have sex with you!” and then it happens, implied. WHOOOAAA GAYYYYYYYYYYY SUPEEERR. And for those reasons, is why this show will probably be a huge hit with women. Basic premise of the show is basically Zoolander, except the characters of Derek and Hansel, the main guys, are super gay and willing. They be models/actors competing for recognition, but end up gaying it up together. AHAHA, Nope.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure – Golden Wind – Holy shit it’s finally here. The next installment of the JoJo series is finally here. GOD DAMN FUCK the last season of JoJo, pure bullshit stupidity. Luckily this show takes the premise for a spin with the main character being Dio’s son, yes, DIO’s SON doing shit in italy with gangs and turf wars with stands and shit. This is automatically better than all of Diamond is unbreakable but not immune to it’s effects because the characters in the previous show are still around and still play a role in some capacity, including Jotaro. Either way, it feels like it’s been a long time but a welcome addition to the Fall lineup. Will watch for sure.

Hinomaru Sumo – Another “I can’t believe there’s an anime about this” category added to the list. This is a Sumo anime about Sumo wrestling. Yea, who would have thought and in all honesty, I’m surprised it didn’t happen sooner considering all the baseball and soccer shows there are. Either way the boy is a fag and his best friend is a fag and they try to make a sumo club because they don’t have enough members and face trials of sport and friendship making rivals and enemies along the way while discovering the weaknesses and hidden secrets locked deep inside their souls which allows them to become better sportsmen and better people in general because of their reflection. The End. Ugly designs, story told before, Sumo Nope.

Kishuku Gakkou no Juliet – A bait ass show just by looking at the name, basically romeo and Juliet anime style in school days. So we got for some reason two clans that wear different colored uniforms going to the same school, romeo crew wears black uniform, Juliet crew wears white, they battle it out and disagree on everything. Disregarding the fact that it doesn’t make sense for a single school/campus to be segregated in this way, our main boy and girl are enemies. Of course they secretly like each other and romeo dies his thing as asks girl out. She reluctantly agrees and thus the premise of the show. The main guy is ok and so is the girl but this kind of romance/comedy bait shit is not my thing. Nope.

Gakuen Basara – Wow. I’m surprized this franchise still kinda exists, even after capcom royally fucks over pretty much every IP that they own. For some reason this one is still going, except for some reason or another this is a Sengoku Basara anime except instead of the warring states japan, all the characters are in high school and shit as students or teachers. Yea, it’s bullshit pandering stuff, just like the Attack on Titan school anime spinoff that went nowhere. Garbage shit.

Uchi no Maid ga Uzasugiru! – Pretty simple nice slice of life comedy involving a women who just got out of serving in the army and ends up working as a maid because she loves the little white girl at the house because of aryan race and etc. lol shit jokes. Some elements of kiniro mosaic again except this time more pure comedy and reactions with the white girl, who opposes her and doesn’t like her new maid. While the designs are pretty basic and clean simple, the characters show alot of movement and facial expressions which make this a quality comedy moe show, at least that’s what I can tell for now. Probably will watch more.

Radiant – Terrible fantasy kiddie show about nothing. Some boy with horns has to do something and he finds himself on a journey of whatever. Yea, whatever pure garbage, didn’t even pay attention to this shit either way.

Goblin Slayer – Oh boy, another show that is apparently highly anticipated based off some books, another fantasy type show but this time taking a very brutal take on what would otherwise be another generic fantasy anime. So basically the main character is basically this priest girl, she is a noob, she is just starting out and goes on a quest into a goblin cave with a bunch of noobies thinking it would be easy. NOPE. The party is straight up decimated, out of the party of 4, 1 sword boy is killed and hacked up by goblins, one girl is poisoned and almost dies but then dies later anyways, and another girl is straight up taken by the goblins and raped. Wow, shit’s pretty real. Only the lone priest girl survives until she is saved by the titular title character of this series the “goblin slayer”, which is a pro op knight dude and helps her out and shit, kills all the orcs, including the children orcs cause they be vile beasts. Shitttttt. Well for starters this show is already better than most fantasy shows because it doesn’t hide behind the whole “I died/transported/reincarnated into another world that has magic and shit” fare, there is none of that. It’s established that this is no game or fantasy world, this is the world, and it’s seriously brutal. The priest girl is cute and the main dude is cool so that’s good, no wuss boys here, unless they be victims. Will probably watch to add some variety to my usual diet of slice of life and comedy shit. Nice shit.

SSSS.Gridman – Crap show that is basically like ultraman but not and somehow involves old ass computers and fighting robots or something. Yea, this is probably some spin off or sequal to something but it’s so bad, the animation is terrible with what I think are animation frame errors and shit character designs and pacing. There is like no music in the entire show untill the fucking mech thing appears, so bad. The fact that this is associated somehow with studio trigger is very bad, shit guys, get your stuff together even if you are just producing this and outsourcing the animation. Shit.

Release the Spyce – This is an interesting original anime about a bunch of girls who are like ninja detectives who fight the forces of evil or something and get strength from eating and biting spices such as cinnamon and sage. Main girl is a normal who gets scouted by the team because of her abilities, she can see far far away and gets pulled into their secret world. For what it is it’s something between a cross of magical girl because they do have matching uniforms and grounded powers and skills like sniper girl, sword girl, smart girl, poison girl and mystery show but not really. All the girls look alright but it’s kinda slow moving with the pacing. It’s not really supposed to be that serious but instead more lighthearted and fun, which is cool. Despite it’s perks, i’m unlikely to watch more of this, just not feeling it for me personally.

Ulysses – Jeanne d’Arc to Renkin no Kishi – What is with japanese people and Jeanne d’Arc? FUCK, they love her because when you have it written on paper, she is pretty much the real life Saber in the sense that she was a real girl and not some genderbent legendary king Arthur. Anyways, despite it’s name I did not see Jeanne in the first episode of this shit but the preview at the end tells me that in the next I will be introduced to her. I’m sure this is based off some game or visual novel/light novel cause it feels it.  Basically main boy is a wizard in training or something and all of his friends are cute girls and his main cute girl has to go away to fight war in England cause she is Nobel or something. Shit happens and boy comes to the conclusion that he needs to make the Philosophers Stone to fix shit. Boy ends up summoning a cute fairy girl to assist him or something by mistake in the process. He continues to try creating the stone for  7 years and thus the end of the first episode, longer hair, older teen, all of his childhood girl friends all grown up with bigger boobs and such etc with war still going on. Yea, i’m probably not going to watch this, it’s ok but not really my thing. The main girl who is not jeanne is pretty good but i’m curious to see what Jeanne is like in this shit. Will watch episode 2 at least for knowledge.

Gaikotsu Shoten’in Honda-san – Shit son, what the hell is this shit? I like it. It’s a mini show about a skeleton that works at a book store, or rather manga store and his experiences working there and dealing with customers and shit. lol jokes. His co-workers are other weird shit like frogs and whatever but yea, the first episode he talks about and shares his experiences with dealing with foreigners looking for manga in the store and specifically goes into white women looking for gay books and BL stuff. Goes into great depth about the types of customers and shit and his conversations. Funny shit for a short show. Quality is shit but it’s jokes so it’s ok. Will watch for sure.

Anima Yell! – Anime about cheerleading. Yea yea been done before with CHEER BOYSSSSSS SHITTTTT. Except this time it’s cute girls doing the cheering to yea, more of the norm here I suppose. The show itself is structured and setup like a sports show, you know, the whole, we don’t have enough club members, gotta find members, one pro girl is pro at cheering but doesn’t want to do it anymore cause of past drama and reasons etc, hype girl main character and such. You’ve seen this show before but this is not something which is worth my time, it’s not enough for me, the girls are just ok and honestly, too simple designed. Pass.

Himote House – Shit garbage 3dcg mini show about some shit moving into a house with other girls and they are fun except with they tell their new resident that they have bullshit magical powers like stop time dio brando style, laser beams and strength. Honestly this show wouldn’t be too bad because the concept is perfect for chill slice of life but the 3d cg is just so bad it’s already dead in the water.

Golden Kamuy – Continuing the series of Ainu gold and shit looking for treasure and killing shit with some insanity. So far the show is taking place in spring so that’s already a minus so we’ll see.

Ore ga Suki nano wa Imouto dakedo Imouto ja Nai – This is essentially ero-manga-sensi v2 quite literally in fact. So it’s like this. We have fag boy youta or whatever, he wants to be a light novel writer but he is shit. He always submits his work in contests and shit and always loses. His author tells him you should have more interesting characters about little sisters cause it’s hot shit right now. Cool cool. So boy has a strict little sister who looks after him and such, very proper, student council president type. One day he logs onto to see who won the latest contest, of course he looses but soon after his little sister knocks on his door and says she needs to talk about something. So yea, you saw this coming right, his little sister is the author that won the contest and doesn’t know what to do. The title that won was something like “The little sister that loves her brother so much she just can’t” so yea, this is awkward for her. Basically heavy tsundere/kuudere going on here going on with aniki. Basically little sister wants big bro to stand in for her at events and meeting with editors and functions. He agrees because he has to. So yea, that’s what’s going on. Of course little sister has hard crush on for anki but can’t show it and wants to get married with him and etc. The only thing missing from this show is the clear statement in passing how they are not really blood related and are like step-siblings or whatever, but you know, maybe they won’t do it, maybe the author is hardcore and wants do to do it, make it a real incest story, DO IT MOTHERFUCKERRRR. But anyways, like usual, there is a large other cast of attractive girls and women in the show to try and derail you from the main waifu machine. The animation style/char design of the show is ok, a bit simple but passes, the type of show that might drop significantly in quality over time. There are clea tipple/boob censors on this show but it’s ok. Maybe watch more, we’ll see how I feel.

Conception – A show based on a series of playstation/vita games where essentially the main character boy has to make “pregnant” something like 12 girls in order for them to give birth to “star childs” since he and his girlfriend were transported to some strange magical world and were tasked to save it by having “not” sex with said aforementioned 12 goddess girls. Yea, it’s kinda strange coming from a mainstream title, you would think that this is a porno game but it’s apparently on playstation and vita so yea, the “sex” that they speak of is probably not what you expect although the show does it’s best to imply it to the max. The show is weird in that the first scene is the main girl taking to main boy saying that she is pregnant, but thing is that they didn’t have sex, wowowowo virgin birth JESUS 2 IS HERE? Anyways once they get into the world the magical people says that it’s not true and some shit about your symptoms are a result of being chosen as one of the 12 girls. Strange show, probably will not watch but I am curious about this not “sex” they they are trying to imply, since it’s seems like they gonna have sex anyways. Hmm.

Karakuri Circus – This looks like some shit from the late 80’s or even 90’s taken in by the drive to make new anime about old manga and shit because of the success of jojo’s bizzare adventure series. Lest to say it looks pretty dated in character designs, fucking old ugly shit. It’s about some little boy bitch and he is rich and is in trouble because he is rich and finds some circus guy to proect him. Guy has a disease where if he doesn’t make people laugh he dies, fucking retarded idea guys. And little boy has some servant puppet master servant girl which fights. Some shit happens and they meet and they help protect the boy from bad guy puppets. Girl’s design is so bad it’s cringe, her clothes in pokadots skintight leotard. Shit. Terrible watch.

Beelzebub-jou no Okinimesu mama. – This show is terrible. Not because the quality is bad, which also is kinda shit but because the premise is totally not like what you would expect. The basic premise is that Satan is done for some reason in hell and our lady beelzebub is now the ruler of hell. Cool cool, beelzebub is a fine high class girl who used to be in heaven and shit but was cast down to hell and whatever to be ruler. She did good shit to hell and improved the lifestyle of it’s residents immensely, however, she is super lazy and flaky, filled with girly tropes that you would not expect from the leader of hell. The story is about one servant boy and his relationship with looking after his master cause he likes her and such and battling with his disappointment whenever she does something not like you would expect. Up to this point there is nothing wrong with this show. My huge issue with this anime is that fucking everyone and hell itself looks like a normal town, with pretty holy looking castles, trees, fruit market and shit. You would think that a place filled with demons and shit would look more you know, demonic and hellish? NOPE, FUCK YOU AND YOUR EXPECTATIONS. Hell is a pleasant place filled with normal kind people, from youth to old people just living their lives. To make matters worse, there is no indication in all of the characters designs whatsoever that they are supposed to be demons, spooks or whatever; if I didn’t know any better everyone looks like they are in heaven or just regular human world. FUCK. Garbage, slow paced bullshit. Such a waste of potential, could have been something, instead it’s just shit.

Merc Storia – Mukiryoku Shounen to Bin no Naka no Shoujo – Magical shit about whatever show and a boy. Couldn’t even watch this one in full. First 5 minutes and i’m done, definetly not for me, skim that ship. Some magaical shit and a boy doing magic and adventure in fantasty world with some monster friends. Shit whatever. Nope.

Senran Kagura Shinovi Master – Tokyo Youma-hen – Oh wow, another season of boob ninjas? Yes please. It’s been a few years now since the first anime and since then there has been like 3 or 4 games in the franchise for senran kagura so yea, it’s moving along. The thing about this franchise is that for everything to make sense you literally have to play watch everything that comes out or else you might miss some plot or story lines since there is so many and they hardly rehash the content in other media. This after watching takes place after the games, I have not played the most recent games but I still kinda get it’s, it’s simple shit. Basically the ninja girls and school are now preparing for a yokai invasion and shit and are confronted with another bad/good school which wants to kill them because they don’t think they are good enough or whatever? Yea, it’s something like that. At the end of the day this is a boob fanservice show with cute girls and fighting with a half decent storyline much better than most fanservice shows. The greatest thing here is that they commit to the boob, UNCENSORED NAKED BOOBS ARE VISIBLE during transformation scenes and when the girls take enough damage and their clothes rip off, exposing naked boob and ass, which is cool because the games and anime don’t go that far to expose nipples. Will watch more for sure.

All in all this season is very robust with tons of variety. Maybe it’s just me because I’m putting everything in one post but there is alot of shows in the Fall, and that’s not even really counting ongoing series like hero academia, titans and etc. Pretty good season I’d say.
