DanMachi – fantasy setting. show about a weak guy who wants to be a hero, has to fight in dungeons and shit. pretty mundane and generic. kind of game-ish, guy has self acknowledge “levels” and “stats”. level 1 fool. almost gets killed, saved by pro saber looking generic girl knight. guys like her etc. guy has a goddness or something that blesses him. goddess is really cute, funny nice boob etc. pretty shit show overall, only thing good is the goddess girl. not watch more.
Re-Kan! – some show about a girl who can see spirits and shit, ghosts, paranormal. kind of slice of life-ish low level humor. meets other girl at school who can see them too but does not acknowledge it etc. horribly dated looking character designers, like 1999 or early 2000’s style, and poorly animated. horible background images, like photographs and just run a photoshop filter. so bad. flow horrible, voice acting bad, concept done before and just bad. one of the worst this season.
Shokugeki no Soma – some kid works at his ghetto family restaurnt with his dad. dad and son extremely good chefs but take pride in their small shop. some woman and gangster show up, want to close the pub to blow up and build apartments etc. blackmail etc threatening etc. kid challeges women that if you don’t like the food he makes he can close shit down. kid makes amazing meat dish. orgasmic hyperbole and metaphor ensues when women tastes the dish, clothes ripping apart in their minds etc, naked boobs etc. saves restaurnt but later dad said going to close shop anyways to work abroard, sends son to elite cooking school. etc battle ensues. this show is pretty good, i like shows that have or center around food or cooking, add the fact that it has girls and boobs makes this a must watch for me. good girls, good animation, good premise, tolerable main character. good shit
Seraph of the End – should be more accurately renamed to attack on vampires with a bit more gay. basically vampires kill almost all of the human race, enslave humans to be food suppy in the underworld. main guy is kid and is ophaned, slave to vampires with some other ophan kids, become friends etc. few years past and he is older, still slave to vampires. main kid and his friends decide to escape but are stopped and all of his friends are killed just at the entrance, his best friend is assumed killed but you know forsure that his kid is going to be a bad guy/turned vampire a la gundam seed kira/athran. main kids relutantly gets away leaving his friend, and meets army crew when he gets outside, surprized that not all humans are dead yet. etc etc, get erehn yeager syndrome, i just want to kill vampires etc. few more years past and you see kid older now and wearing some cool military uniform and sword. not bad show, the premise is pretty bait but it’s done well. the military uniforms is pretty badass, looks a bit like nazi ss or japanese naval uniform. i watch the second ep of this and it seems not bad as it showed me the intro and there are indeed cute girls and it’s not totally going to be a gay show for women. not bad. might watch more
Plastic Memories – near future. doll android helpers have become a common thing. everyone ones one and it’s almost impossible to tell the difference between real and android/robots. however lifespan of androids is short, like 9 years or something, then the special gov agency has to take them back or else their memories or personality is corrupted or something. kind of slice of lifish. main guy is working for gov/company that has to reclaim these android people, work in pairs; is paried up with android girl who is most likely near the end of her lifespan etc. concept is like bladerunner and or chobbits or many other shit done before. main girl is kinda cute/funny but not really my thing. whatever
Gunslinger Stratos – anime based off that really popular arcade gun game we played in japan. nice game, too bad this anime is really horrible. so bad. bad animation, bad character designs. main guy looks like shit, main girl looks like shit. soundtrack is bad. i dunno what was going on half the time when i was watching the first ep. something about rich ass people and people jumping into another world/game dimensions with alter ego powers/personal like shit? dunno. bad. one of worst of season
Uta no Prince Sama Revolutions – thought it was original, but then i figured later it is a sequel, which i don’t do. might have watched the first ep of the first season but whatever, gay show for women. guys are what you would expect for bishonen etc, beautiful and such. whatever only for women.
Arslan Senki – boring ass show that tries too hard to be a serious show. setting is like in the persian or arab country of old. kid prince is kid of naive and wonders about world. gets kidnapped by some slave that got captured by warring nation, expand mind etc. runs ago. prince kid gets away but prisoner gets away. tries way to hard to be serious show and epic but main kid is so weak and undesirable. bad character design, bad animation, dull color pallette, full of browns and grays and sand. bad boring whatever.
Takamiya Nasuno Desu! – 5 minute show about some random fool and this girl who forces him to be a servant. girl talks extrmely fast can’t understand sounds weird. bad whatver
Kekkai Sensen – near future, alien portal shows up in nyc, live in peace or something. basically kind of like men in black except everyone knows about aliens and the walk around and accept it. main kid is like blind or some shit because he got owned by an alien or something which gave him powers, his sister or something was sacrafied or something. likes his camera. some alien monkey steals his camera, chases it. some shit happens and fighting. some secret orgnization supposed to protect city, eventually recruits kid etc part of team. kid has like “god eyes” can see everything. whateveer. animation and char design is ok but not really my thing. interesting concept but not for me, not my style.
