Fall is here and that means a fresh new batch of anime. Go order a hot and ready pumpkin spice latte from starbucks and feel like a real white girl ready for the days ahead.

Heybot – So heybot is about some bullshit kid and his bitch robot friend, heybot. Kid is some prince or whatever and him and heybot, they supposed to do some bullshit and rhyme and thing to be the best or something, collect some magic screws or something and then put on a show for people for a tournament to show who is the best at rapping or making jokes or whatever. Kid tries to do it, tries to beat his dad, the king, fails bad, dad is like yo, you suck son, you are exiled out of the kindgom until you get your shit together and can beat me. Kid and heybot is like ok, let’s start an adventure, yay! The End. Whatever, horribad kid show, poor animation, concept, design, made for selling really shitty toys. Bad.

Dream Festival – So we got this boy, he’s a lovely young man and all he wants to do is make people smile. During his part-time job of handing out balloons to people in the park some shady dude comes up an says, “I love your smile” and hands him a business card. Boy runs away home because he scared. Wait no? Wrong show but basically the same premise. So anyways gay smile boy ends up looking at the card and after talking with his family, decides to check it out; obviously wants to recruit for male idol group and join in training/recruitment. Dude is reluctant but ends up doing it anyways and the usual meet and greet the cast of other usual gay boys ensues. Some shit happens and he is forced to debut with 2 top boy idols for some reason, I guess for audition during a live concert. They hype the crowd of women and their wishes becomes magic cards or something, the idol guys catch these cards and they become costumes and clothes. For this gay session, 2 holy garbs for the 2 other guys and devil vampire clothes for the main guy. The end, continue on with standard idol story tropes and further explanation of this magical card crowd hype world mechanic. For what it is, it’s not bad, obviously target for women but it’s essentially a love live with boys.  Decent animation, concept, character, whatever, not for me.

Nyanbo! – Some crazy ass 3d-cg live action animation mixed media mini show about nyabo’s. little box looking creatures that come from space and kind of look like cats but are not. Apparently this is something of a spin-off of the danboru box things that originate from the long running slice of life manga yotsuba, which is nice. It’s kind of interesting because I had always thought that the author of yotsuba, which is also the author of azumanga daioh never want to do anime projects again because he didnt’ like how the former anime adaption turned out. Heh. Show is about stupid box cat things doing stupid things. Will probably watch more. The animation/3dcg is very realstic and combined with live action video so it really looks like they are toys running around in real life.

Kaijuu Girls – So this mini show is apparently a spin-off work of the Ultraman media franchisee of live-action/power rangers type action tv shows. However, just like the name implies, it’s about all of the monsters or “Kaijuu” villains that Ultraman beats up on a episodic basis turned into cute highshool girls. Well, think kancolle boats except, well monsters. The 3 main girls introduce themselves and their Ultraman equivalent monster, and they are taught by some other girl who shows them how to transform into their costumed monster version. Zetton, one the Ultraman’s main villains appears and saves some people blowing up or whatever, she is cool, the 3 other main girls say she is cool, and Zetton teleports away. This is a good mini show. Good concept, cute art and funny concept. The girls are all drawn in super deformed state and all approximately measure the same proportions of a nendroid figure, meaning easy conversion to said toy. The production value and lines are all extremely clean and crisp for what this is. Will watch more for sure.

Bloodivore – Chinese source material anime again. So we got this boy, let’s call him Chen Fu, cause that’s Chinese sounding enough. He is a bloodivore, basically a vampire but the government knows about them and puts these neck braces on them to track their movements because people are afraid of them and such, like x-men i suppose. Chen Fu has a crew of 3 other people, let’s call them Wang Ping, Long Lu, Bing He, one of these is a girl, whatever, just choose one that makes sense to you. So Chen Fu and crew decide to go rob a bank or whatever, they succeed and such but are eventually captured after some mild drama and car chase. Chen Fu is interrogated by police dude; Chen Fu doesn’t give a shit but police dude gets angry because he tells him that they killed 13 people. Chen Fu is like WUT? I dint’ kill anybody, then police shows them dead bodies photos and Chen Fu is like WUT DA? Later Chen Fu and friends are sentenced to death by the communist party of china. The End. Some mysterious shit happens but yea, whatever. Pretty bait premise and I can’t get over the fact that shit is so Chinese feeling. Car chase sense, dude is sitting on the left, streets in the city look like shangahi or hong kong, dem chinese names. To me it’s such a distraction to what is otherwise just another bait ass anime about vampries like xmen story. Boring ass character designs, lacking animation and bait concept story. Whatever, pass.

Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku – So show starts off with some bloody massacre scene with dead bodies everywhere and a single girl facing off against some shadow monster thing, cue intro sequence with standard magical girl type flow. Next thing is main girl playing a mobile game, magical girl something where you raise a magical girl and fight shit. Let’s call main girl Madoka, cause shit’s probably going to be the same thing anyways; but anyways, Madoka really likes magical girls, ever since she was a little kid but now that’s she’s in high school doesn’t want to tell her friends that she still likes the genre and etc. Standard. Go on bus with friends, they discuss stuff and mention that there are reporting of alleged magical girls doing shit around the town. Madoka is like oh wow. Tells a story of the past where she had a friend which was a boy who also liked magical girl shit, talked about anime and such, reminiscent of old times. End up back up at home, loads up mobile game, game tells her congrats, you have been selected to become a magical girl. Madoka is like, ok, sure let’s try. Transforms into magical girl “Snow White” and such, all magical girls have default increased physical attack power and fly maybe but at least one unique power, her power is to read minds of those who are in trouble, eh ok. Does usual wow wow magical girl I am stuff. Later the mobile game fairy or QB creature thing from the game asks her to login to the chat room to meet other magical girls online, she does that. Casual introduction of other magical girls in chibi online form. One of the magical girls asks her to meet later tonight to begin training. Madoka goes and meets this other girl “La Pucelle” and they chat about being magical girls and such. Some other magical girls fly by and say sup. Turns on this other magical girl is her childhood friend, the boy from the past who also liked magical girl stuff. OH SHIT TRAP FUCK. Ahwell, she looks like a magical bee girl with big boobs so it’s ok, still good. Explains that when he transforms he fully becomes a girl. SUREEEEE. Anyways episode ends with message from game fairly or QB creature saying some shit like oh, we have too many magical girls now, we have to reduce the number from 16 to 8 or whatever; basically setting the premise of the show I suppose a la hunger games or Madoka kind of battle royal blood fest between magical girls. Yea. This show is not bad, the magical girl designs are pretty good and the art pretty solid. The character designs are typical with very big eyes and in my opinion are a little too far apart, reminds me of Key games but still better. Nothing new, concept done before but the character designs are good enough for me to watch more.

Shuumatsu no Izetta – So we got a princess. She is a princess of some made up european country/kingdom just below the Germanian Empire (figures) around 1939, so basically WWII setting. This princess had some mushroom dreams or something where she met some girl with red hair at a riverside when she was little, and the red haired girl was doing some floating or magic whatever. Princess wakes up from dream and she is on a train with her men, trying to get to some place to talk to the Britannia Empire (figures) about a possible alliance in case the Germans invade her country. Some shit happens and they get found out on the train, train battle run away, snowpiercer much like and they eventually find themselves in the end car that has some strange steampunk looking coffin, Princess looks around and tries to mess with it but is interrupted by bad guys. Jump out of train into river, from river 1 of 2 body guards is dead, still head to the place to speak with British guy for help. Princess gets there and talks with British guy, but it’s too late, news comes that her country has just been invaded and German badguys show up to take them away. On plane now, with the steampunk coffin. Nazi guy talking shit about whatever, and princess talks about usual loyalty and duty shit. Wakes up girl who was in the coffin, wow wow, she’s a magical witch, the same witch from the Princess’s dreams, except older now, yea. Red haired witch blows up plane and they fall out from sky, catches the princess and making a rifle her broom. The End. For what this show tries to be it’s ok but I wish they were a bit more creative with the setting, like common? Germanian Empire? Fucking WWII setting and Nazi clothes and shit? They might as well have just called them the Third Reich and make the setting real life WWII Europe instead of using the faux country names, like really, who are you trying to fool? Lots of other shows/media/game do faux WWII alternate/parallel universe so much better that it kind of hurts to watch this. Sure, there’s magic and shit but it’s pretty plain looking and boring. Slow moving, shitty boring character designs, poor setting and world, done before concept, decent if not really good animation at times but overall, shit show, not worth.

WWW.Working!! – So this is a spin-off show of Working! except at a different Wagnaria and with different characters and thus problems/stories/funnies. So basically main new guy is poor, he goes to a good high school but because his dad’s company is bankrupt, has to make money to pay for shit on his own like cellphone bill and clothes, food etc. So yea, new dude goes in and applies for job. Gets the job and meets all of the other new characters. We have punch girl replacement who is just kinda tough, cynical and bad at cooking but puts on a great face for customer service and greeting. White haired girl who is kind of shy quiet but can see ghosts and serves them at the restaurant. Gangster girl with curly hair who smokes and is lazy but is apparently in college and very smart. Manager who is a dude and is straight up just very flaky dumb and illiterate. Some blue hair guy for cook and a ugly ass buzz cut blonde guy also in the kitchen. Main dude’s family is also around and are just kind of flaky/dumb/irresponsible, just laugh for no reason/cultist. So yea, this happened. I guess this is a refreshing new start and going back to basics since the original got super drama and romance filled in the third season, which kind of turned me off from finally finishing it, which I will get to eventually. Will watch more for sure probably. Decent animation and premise but the characters themselves are not at appealing as the original, maybe time will make them grow on me.

Tiger Mask – FUCKING TIGER MASK YO BITCH. GOTTA WRESTLE THAT SHIT CUZ WRESTLING IS REAL YO. So ya, this is Tiger Mask, he is a old school mutherfucking badass wrestle shit guy. Yea, in the beginning some fool is getting bitch slapped and the tiger boys are all like nope, no, why do this, why be ded dad. Then some guys dad is dead. I will get revange on you yellow menance or soemthing. Yea, some shit happens and three years pass. Show the two boys training and shit to be pro guys. One is like upside down from tree, gonna bitch slap a bear, eat that shit for dinner. The other is like climbing some mountain with some other fags and he throws some moustached challanger to his eoom, weak bro, called it. Climbing boy gets to the top of the mountain and some boob blonde women says, yea, you guy, wear this tiger mask, you da man, man. We gunna go to japan and show those chinks how wrestling is going. Go to bear guy and he is talking to dead man, apparently not dead in hospital in wheelchair. lol. says some shit, gonna fight the white women’s crew. Fast forward. Climbing man is called Tiger the Black, OP owns dude in the arena. Then bear boy shows up in mask, calls himself Tiger Mask and they fight gay shit. Tiger Mask owns Tiger the Black but runs away outside of rink, Black Tiger wins by default. Oh noe you didnt bitch. The End, Tiger Mask. So yea, this is like the best show ever with the leetest of animation and character design, not to mention animation, so ya, gonna watch this cause we need more gay wrestling men in tigers masks with questionable lineart quality and animation. Say word.

Time Bokan 24 – Some kids show about some stupid shit and time travel, something about True History. So gay boy, let’s call him Satoshi because he’s like that is minding his own business and shit. Some green haired girl in a beatle mech shows up and ruins his shit, getting attacked by some other crew that consists of purple haired girl with big boobs, and small jew and big jew, you know, the ususal henchmen types, they in a weird ugly mech thing. So anyways Satoshi gets picked up in this beatle mech and green haired girl is like we gotta show the true history, the history where funny shit happens but it’s not true in textbooks or something. Ok. Time travel to ancient Egypt and find the truth of Cleopatra, which according to the show was two people Cleo and Patra, which were a shitty husband and wife comedy act. WTF. Ok, so they meet Cleo and Patra and some shit happens, purple hair girl and jews can also time travel and try to ruin shit, get foiled and shit. The end, laugh all the way back to 2016. Drop mic, The End. Yea, this is shit kids show but it’s bad since it’s teaching kids bullshit lies about history. Like WTF is this? Lol. Decent animation, character design, horrible concept and questionable motives? Trying to sell toy? Whatever, shit.

Ao Oni The Animation – Quick mini show about a viral japanese horror video game made using gamemaker that was all the rage a few years back. Interesting…don’t really know why this was made but whatever. Interesting enough, chibi character designs and eating and killing of characters, comically I think. Dunno, probably will watch more I guess.
