After a relatively relaxing winter anime season, spring appears to try to bring some more action and excitement into the animu scene but does it have cute waifus or slice of life shows about nothing? That is yet to be seen or proven.

Alice to Zourok – A 45 minute extra long episode about some blonde little girl who escapes some magical experimental lab place and the organization trying to recapture her. Little girl has powers, summons some little crystal thing in front of her and can do some shit. Not really specified what her power is, I think it’s teleport?. Intro episode she running away it’s raining, when badguys almost capture her, some maid like girl shows up and saves her, tells her to go to a big city and do shit. Ok. She goes. Changes clothes to pink gothic lolita kinda fashion. magical. Hungry. Meets questionable old man in convenience store. Some more shit happens and some lessons are learned from old man to girl. Old man ends up bitch slapping her since she so bitch. Girl ends up staying with the old man. End episode. Ah. This show is ok. The tone of the show seemed serious at first but because of the character designs it’s hard to take that seriously, and sure enough there are some jokes and such along the way. Some sentimental going on but well see. Decent show, decent charcter designs, ok done before premise. THANK GOD that the main dude is an old man for once and not some faggot pussy. Fuck. Watch next episode and we’ll see.

Gin no Guardian – Some gay chinese bullshit animu animation. See tenacent logo in introduction sequence. 0 shits was given. Mobiled and had a shit while this was playing. Some boy, let’s call him wang chung, cause it’s chinese enough is doing some shit, he be fighting some zombies or whatever, being super try hard and all that. Yea. Flashback to wuss days and some promise to some girl. Has a cute cat thing. Ok. Fast forward to present, continue to fight zombies and does some unlimited tombstone works and whatever. I am justice whatever. Yea, minishow shit. Boring, ugly designs. Boring concept. Probably a mobile or chinese comic. Bad.

World Fool News Part II – Mini show about shit that happens in the news. It’s basically a 10 minute peeping life about news shit and reporters/newscasters doing stupid shit. Full 3d animation. Butt ugly designs which I am assuming is intentional. Don’t really give a shit that it’s “Part II”. Shit is shit. Whatever. Nice concept, too bad it’s shit.

Sekai no Yami Zukan – Some crazy ass mini show that is basically a watercolor powerpoint slideshow with spooky voice over. For some reason there has been alot of these kinds of shows lately. I dunno, I guess there is a market for this. This episode is about some dude and his wife. Wife starts walking in the forest and gets abducted by aliens. Husband who followed also gets abducted. Story ends with husband waking up in alien ship and is all like, I guess I’m going to get experimented on. Yea. That happened. What the fuck? Nice illustrations bro but seriously? Why? Trash.

Warau Salesman NEW – An extremely dated oldschool type show. Shit looks like it was made in the 60’s or even 70’s based on character design but whatever, everyone has smartphones still. Gotta modernize for the youth you know. This show. What the fuck. It’s basically about a jew like shady salesman trying to “fill the gap of loneliness in the hearts of people” which is already pretty suspicious enough and him trying to “help” people. When he means “help” what he really means is he wants to fuck shit up, their lives using money, illusions, drugs, black magic or whatever kind of jew voodoo wizardry this dude has up his sleeve. Show is episodic in nature and each episode divided in 2 separate stories. First story in episode one is about 2 dudes that are sad, jew-man introduces them to a hostess club that operates in the day. 2 dudes are happy and visit during lunchtime, but jewman warns them not to go in the evening. One of the dudes goes later on at night after work and calls for the same girl he met before. Girl shows up but is butt ugly shit during night for some reason, dude runs away. Next day the 2 guys go again and drink it up more despite what the other guy said. Jewman lures them into some expensive alcohol and they end up drunk and when the bill comes it’s like crazy bills. They go outside and it’s like nighttime. lol fucking jewman stole their time. 2 dudes go back to work and their boss gives them shit, probably fired for like not being there for like 5-6 hours. The other story is similar, except with a women who is sad but feels happy when she buys things. The story basically ends up going to the point of jewman offering her a credit card which has unlimited use but the items get repossessed the next day. Women is happy for awhile but ends up wanting to keep her shit. Ends up using the credit card for beauty and makeover services. Jewman catches her and essentially steals her youth and goodlooks, making her an old fat ugly women. What the fuck. I’m sure there is some lessons to be learned from this show but all it does is promote anti-Semitic sentiments. Hitler would approve of this shit. Fuck. I don’t know. Might watch more of this show but probably not.

Shingeki no Kyojin S2 – It’s here. After like what, 3-4 years since the original 2 anime cours aired the “S2” is here. I’m not entirely sure if the hype train has been maintained since these past few years because I know that they have tried really hard to keep it up but yea, from what I watched in this first new episode things are looking good. So yea, shit is happening and the story is progressing. Titans in the wall? Wow, nice a bit surprising but not entirely unexpected. Talking harry Titans? Yep, it was just a matter of time. So yea, it’s going to be good. The opening sequence is nowhere near as good as either of the 2 former opening songs but it holds up well enough, at least it’s by the same linked horizon guy. So yea, anything could happen with these new developments. I’m sure if you read the manga you would have more foresight but honestly, the manga is overrated. Great animation, nice sharp lines and fluid animation, good shit. Eren still in bed disabled like a cripple, aw yea, Mikasa still the shit, aw yea. The anime is where it’s at. At least for Titan. Watch for sure.

Frame Arms Girl – This is a show about a line of model plastic figures called Frame Arms Girls. It’s something of a cross between a figma, where you get a pose-able figure and shit and a gundam plastic model kit, where you have to assemble and build the girls armor parts which kind of look like tanks/planes. The character designer for this line of figurines is lord Shimada Humikane, creator of strike witches and all german boats in kancolle, so basically one of the best designers ever. While the designs of the girls are cool, I never got into collecting these figurines because they were small and they had very visible joints; plus the factor of having to build their armor and shit, which I’m too lazy for. However, the show itself from what I see is pretty pleasant, no seam-lines or visible joints in the show. They just treat them as little robot girl dolls which is cool. The story is something along the lines of cute school girl is cute, she gets a package in the mail and in it is a Frame Arms Girl, which she opens and it comes alive, robot after all. Doll asks her to assemble her armor, main girl is lazy and doesn’t want to at first. She ends up doing it and it’s cool. Next day she gets a few more packages and the dolls in them this time don’t even wait to get opened, they burst out and challenge the first doll she got. They fight and have fun, first one wins. Main girl is happy and she agrees to get more from the company to test them and shit. Good shit. There is a considerable amount of 3dcg used in this show, like 80% of the time the dolls are 3d which is actually decent. It’s good to see 3dcg getting better. Great character designs and main girl is cute so that is a huge plus, huge plus. If this show had a fag boy as main character, then this would be dropped instantly. Luckily this is not the case. Well, I’ll probably end up watching more of this, hope it gets better, it’s good concept and shit, plus my lord designed them so I must.

Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records – This is basically another magic school show with comedy elements with the main fag being the teacher, which helps immensely, much rejoicing was had that he was not a student. So it’s basically like this, most of the time the main dude in these kind of magic shows is a transfer student who is super mysterious or funny or seems weak, but in actuality is super pro, usually the best hidden dude ever. Luckily this time around the super lazy teacher that doesn’t give a shit and doesn’t want to be a teacher really is shit, he sucks at magic and everything. Yea boi. However, If i was to watch this show it’s for one thing. The girls and their uniforms. Holy shit it’s so sexy. The standard girl school uniform is so good, mandatory thigh-highs, mandatory garterbelts, skirt, short top that exposed tummy midsection with straps that connect to the skirt and a little shawl cape thing, shit’s so good. Wow. Mandatory uniform. It also helps alot that the show seems to be a comedy at it’s core with some serious or other story in the backdrop. Yea, I’ll do my best to continue watching this show. Excellent character designs, the 2 main girls are funny and cute, combo Ojousam and kind shy girl and yea, more girls probably to come, no opening yet so we’ll see. Base done before concept so this show’s success entirely depends on funny and cute girls. Good shit.

Oushitsu Kyoushi Haine – Gay shit, however, it’s pretty funny gay shit. Mild gay so that helps alot. Basically there is a kingdom full of princes, gay princes. One of them is eventually bound to become the king but in the meantime the king wants to train and tutor all 5 of the princes equally just in case. So we got this royal tutor, new royal tutor that is and he is a full grown man but looks like a little kid with a manly voice. Ok. Nice voice. So yea, he goes in to the castle and meets all the princes, which all of course are beautiful bishonen boys but soon finds out that they are all bitches that match the arch typical character roles. He goes and does shit and wants to talk to each to get to know them but is rejected. He tries his best to talk with the most bitch one that hates him the most and easily reveals the cracks in his thinly veiled facade of bitchery, he’s just a boy that wants attention but can’t communicate his feelings to others well. Plus dude just doesn’t want to do homework and runs away fast cause he’s athletic. Yea. The general assumption then is that tutor guy is going to talk to the princes each episode and ruin them, one by one. He doesn’t need to teach shit, all he has to do it say a few words and they are dead. Not bad concept and decent character designs for what it is. Give more a watch try.

Sagrada Reset – A very interesting show which I am assuming is a combination of thriller, slice of life, mystery and a decent portion of ruin. So ya, we have this town, I think Sagrada? not sure if that’s one of the character’s name or the town but in any case everyone in the town has powers but they can’t leave the town or else they don’t have it anymore. That’s not really important but the point of the matter is this: Main guy’s power is that he can always remember what happened in the past; main girl’s power is that she can “reset” time for a few hours essentially reverse time travel but the problem is that she doesn’t remember he past, her memory is reset as well so it’s kind of pointless by herself. HOWEVER, not so useless if the main girl and boy work together, the main dude basically obtains knowledge of the future events to come and thus can act to change things. Main guy is flaky calm justice boy, decent good boy. Main girl is quiet loner girl with a soft voice that is ruined and apathetic because she is sad that everything must die, end and etc, no permanence. So yea, some shit happens and they talk to maybe work together to help shit out but main girl is reluctant because she can get abused and technically can get owned by the dude since it’s only pure gain for him. Kind of plain ass boring character designs and questionably animation but it’s ok for what this show is trying to be. Pacing is interesting enough but tons of dialogue and talking, not much action or movement at all, just talks yo. Maybe watch more, we’ll see.

Busou Shoujo Machiavellianism – Another battle school kind of animu fare. It’s conceptually very similar to prison school except with fighting. Basically all girls school is turned to co-ed with boys but all the boys that went to the newly co-ed school were gangster hoodlums and issue of girls getting taken advantage of or molested was around, to counter this the school allowed girls to carry weapons and beat up the boys into submission. So we got like a clique of police like girls who enforce the law and beat up boys who are acting out of their place, which is now the lowest tier of the social hierarchy where they are forced to dress like girls in drag with makeup and shit in order to be humiliated or else get beat up. New transfer student is a new hood and doesn’t know shit, just wants to have freedom and do whatever he wants. The school police will have none of that and send one of their girls, a sword girl to go beat him up. They exchange words and they fight but in the end the main dude wins when he puts on his sword blocking gloves and does some “spirit bullet” energy shit and owns her. He accidentally falls on her after getting hit during his talk down speech by a minion and kisses swordgirl, usual jokes ensues with her chasing him and shit for kissing her and etc. Yea, it’s that kind of show probably. This should be a good show but it’s being held back by the extremely slow pacing and flow of the story. Holy shit it’s slow. For a show that is supposed to be kind of action and game-like where moves and shit are actively highlighted with words visible on screen and vocalized, story and dialogue progress is fucking slow. Fuck. The designs are decent, not bad, not great but nothing that super stands out. Might watch more but we’ll see, hopefully it will get better otherwise i don’t’ think this show going very far.
