Oh boy, in our times of Mad Max ruinous corona virus pandemic apocalypse, we need anime more than ever to help us keep our minds and attention occupied from the daily stress of being locked away at home most the time in fear of contracting our modern day plague. So then, how is this Spring Season of anime doing? Well, under normal circumstances I actually wouldn’t have been able to watch any of these shows, considering that, I would actually BE in Japan during this period had we not had to cancel our trip due to worldwide travel bans, it’s kind of a bittersweet feeling. But considering that in the last week or so Japan finally got there senses together and started testing again, the spread of COVID19 is apparently getting bad again in Tokyo and PM Abe declared a state of emergency so yea, that’s not good. But outside of the ruinous world, let’s see what we have to watch inside our homes in our bubble shall we?
Listeners – This is an original, or at least it feels like an original anime production that features some sci-fi grungy bullshit and some boy, mecha and some mysterious girl that happens to power, run the thing. Sound familiar? Yea, a formula for disaster. First things first, the style is interesting but all of the characters are butt ass ugly, the boy is annoying and ugly, the main girl is ugly and annoying, the mecha is horribly ugly, looks like a toaster grew some arms and fused it with a CRT television. The story is the usual, boy wants to do some shit, explore, but trapped in some mundane town that is basically a trash dump and he’s a garbage scavenger, same same, he finds random girl called a “Player” or some shit and she wakes up, plugs into a suitcase or something and it transforms into a mech. Some shit happens and mild battle, our journey begins. Yep, this is a shit show not for me, nope, not interested in the slightest, nothing here for me.
Kakushigoto – Holy shit, this is a good one. One of my all-time favorite joke/comedy gag anime/manga’s, Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei finished and I was sad, I always wondered what the author was up to once that series was over; now I know, he was making this good shit. Oh boy it’s good shit indeed. If you are a fan of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei you will immediately recognize similarities, in character designs and storytelling format for jokes/flow which are exactly the same as the former and that’s a good thing. The show itself is basically about a father, Kakushi Goto, who desperately wants to hide the truth of his job/occupation to his only daughter, which is a manga author, at any cost because he regrets the success and shame that comes with that label. It doesn’t help that his most successful work is a stupid ass joke manga called “Balls of Fury” yea what a name. Everything about this show you could even say is a spiritual successor to Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, the title character, Kakushi Goto, is voiced by the same voice actor that did Zetsubou Sensei and behaves more or less exactly the same, except with an overly protective fatherly twist for his daughter. As for his daughter herself, Hime, (what a name) is mainly shown as a somewhat listless, pure girl, so innocent that she’s almost dumb, which is kinda jokes to. The show features cameos/re-works of characters from Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei, namely Hime’s circle of friends in school, all elementary school versions of themselves from SzS while other girls have been promoted/aged to become co-workers, teachers of Hime and whatnot. Good shit. While there is indeed a good more element of “wholesomeness” from this work, that’s not a bad thing, as far as I am concerned, this show/work is basically a indirect autobiography of the author. Good shit. Watch for sure.
Sakura Wars the Animation – Sakura Wars is/was a very popular strategy game/visual novel/sim series that reached it’s peak in the mid 2000’s late 90’s which had it’s own anime and also a large collection of games and whatnot, this anime is not really a reboot, but rather, a sequel of sorts to one of the more recent games that came out, with refreshed modern character designs but still technically a sequal soft-reboot or something like that to the original games from back in the day. Yea, I have no idea. But in either case, the show itself features a cast of girls that are both mecha pilots and stage club performers (basically idols i guess) and yea, they do both, fight and perform shows. This show is full 3d CG. It’s not the worse that I have seen, it can definitely pass as 2d if you watch far away but it’s clearly lacking the subtle detail animations of moving hair, facial expressions and movement in general from real 2d animation. The mecha designs are unique and the world is kinda alternate reality pre-WWII japan I think but yea, i dunno. Either way, this is not really interesting to me, the girls are very plain in my opinion and lack detail/character traits, combined with some boring ass plot and 3d, a clean nope from me. Pass.
Nami yo Kiitekur – A pretty interesting show about a random girl who drinks a lot and gets dumped alot and somehow ends up becoming a radio host that just rants about relationships and gives advice to callers. Yea, this is semi-comedic with a dash of drama/slice of life and a considerable amount of hyperbole, so yea, what do you expect from a show that is basically about someone sitting in front of a mic on air and ranting about shit in hyperbole. Gotta animate something i guess, might as well but whatever she’s talking about while wrestling a bear. The animation is interesting and the character designs are on the more proportional realistic side which is fine. A pretty unique show, might watch more to see what happens. Not bad.
Bungo to Alchemist – Shinpan no Haguruma – Gay boy anime from DMM aka the makers of kancolle and token ranbu which I can only assume is the same thing as a browser based game and pull based game for women except this time instead of boats and swords, you get to pull famous authors and poets. Ok then, sure. The show starts off pretty convoluted and confusing right into some period, like ancient greece and the story follows a red haired gayboy doing some shit. One thing leads to another and he is trapped but wants to kill some guy in a ring of fire, some shit happens and another gay boy shows up and tells him he is in a story, his story to be precise and he has to get out and kill shit or otherwise. Stuff happens and he gets out of his story into the “real” world, aka in FGO terms, Chaldea and is all like wow wow, what’s this. So yea, this Bungo thing is basically FGO bootleg except instead of historical singulariies that need repairing, boiz gotta save stories in books and summon authors to proct. Ok. It’s not bad but not for me, some women will like it.
Hachi-nan tte, Sore wa Nai deshou! – For this show all I can think of is the “deshou!” at the end of the title, thinking this is going to be some good fun shit, but nop, don’t let the “!” in deshou fool you, this is a shit generic isekai fantasy show. We got boy, he’s been dead or something or transported from former life as young salaryman, whatever, he wakes up, he is a little boy in a fantasy world that has some magic and shit. His family is having a wedding for their brother in his new fantasy world, he is a little boy but he retains all his memory and mind from when he was a salaryman, similar to some other shows involving a girl that likes books. Because of the rich party, he asks bout his world and all his family tell him they are rich nobles, but the day after it was just a lie, a facade, they are poor ass nobles with hardly anything and most of their brothers are leaving to work in the city. As a little boy isekaied into this world, this is not really a good hand, but luckily he is somewhat gifted with magical aptitude and meets a gay elf mentor for no reason and i suppose he ends up training him because he is pro, no doubt marking begining of the story. Yea, generic, decent quality animation but nothing else really, no girls, guy is ok but nothing special, pass.
Tamayomi – Highschool girls baseball anime club, yea you get the idea. Normally for this kind of show it needs to have really strong cute good girls and good animation for it to catch my attention. This show has neither honestly and is very mediocre for a sports show even a club girls club show. The story is the standard, former pro baseball girl goes to school, meets old pro baseball friend from elementary days, wants to play ball but one doesn’t really anymore or in this case, has a self confidence problem because she was so pro pitcher in middle school, no one wanted to play seriously, and her old team didn’t like her/bad experience with her older catcher. There is of course a bunch of twins, cue standard anime archetype girls for this kind of show and try to form/start a club again, and we are set. This normally would be a recipe for success but as mentioned, everything here is done so mediocre it’s hardly worth your time, especially since other shows have done cute girls and baseball before. Lackluster whatever, pass.
Tower of God – Oh boy, according to one of the top admins of horriblesubs in a sticky comment “this will save anime bois” so ok then, the expectations have been set, trolly or not. Not having much knowledge of this series it appears to have gained a considerable level of hype and following, mainly because of it’s source origin as a Korean web comic, not a traditional manga or light novel as usual and because of this, has been circulated around for awhile now with translations in the Chinese/english/foreign audiences for some time. The format of the web comic is well, lets just say it makes full use of loonnnnng page vertical scrolling with no page breaks, quite literally a chapter you could be scrolling as if it were infinite scroll like on some websites these days, but it does end. With that said, how is the show itself? Well, it’s interesting, not bad at all really, the story is basically we have this Tower of God, and for some reason, this boy wants to climb it to in order to reach his girl/master, Rachel because apparently she saved his life or whatever and she went to climb it to grant a wish or something once you get to the top (DBZ basically). Yea, that’s the story. It’s not really defined yet what tower of god actually is, but it can be thought of as layers of worlds i suppose, not a physical tower of brick and mortar, yea something like that. So yea, our bois gotta go up this tower and find his girl/master. First episode he meets a princess of the tower and his lacky, they say some shit and give him an op sword to fight some trial that some butler/tester bunny thing has given him in order to move up to the next level of the tower. Shit happens and he miraculously passes, even though the tester bunny thing gave him an unreasonably hard task, which surprises them both and the princess. Ok, then, boi moves up and now were are in hunger games land, with other people who passed the first task/level, survival time. Ok then. End episode one. I watched episode 2 as of writing this so it is safe to say that the show does get better and more interesting, so I suppose it will get better the longer it goes, at least as I am told from comments and whatnot. The animation is a bit flat but very crisp/bold and the lines kind of jaggy which is cool, the animation itself is fluid enough and the main character is not hateable just yet, really nice opening song, very modern youth rap-EDM melodic tune, nice, animation of op is lackluster bait however. We’ll see, I’ll probably continue watching this as per hype and discussion but we’ll see, if it gets retarded then I’ll stop but for now why now. Ok then.
Arte – Anime about a girl in the Italian renaissance who is setup to try to be a beauty/lady and be married off because her family, her dad died and can not support their way of life or whatnot be she wants none of that and wants to be an artist but the problem is that no artisans in the city want to take a female apprentice, cause you know, of course. She does some shit and ends up fulfilling a unreasonable request of preparing something like 20 canvas for one artist in one night that decided to humor her and giver her the task for jokes, fully knowing that it’s almost impossible. She does it and he is impressed at her hard work and effort so lets her become a student. Of course this artist guy is called Leo, as in Leonardo Da vici because he was the only artist in italy ever for the renaissance and yea of course moderately not bad looking. The show itself is not bad but it’s clearly aimed with a female audience in mind, although I wouldn’t say it’s gay, at least not yet cause there is no other men around. I would position this as a neutral show that can be enjoyed by everybody, except me; because I have high standards and I want cute moe shit, lulz jokes and epic manliness shit in my anime. Not bad animation and overall but not for me. Pass.
Yesterday wo Utatte – A pretty nice slice of life drama anime about a guy who has just graduated from university but is only still working as a convenience store clerk, unable to meet his ambitions or move forward from his past because he has so many ties and unfinished business/relationships. Story takes place in what I would guess is maybe late 90’s early 2000’s possible even older because no signs of computers or cell phones, even flippy ones yet but not sure. Either way boi is conflicted, he wants to be a photographer but ain’t doing shit all the while his crush has already become a highschool teacher. A random girl always visits his convenience store and frequently flirts with him but doesn’t take it seriously. Some shit happens and boi decides he needs to confess his love to his old crush who he is still friends with, at least to bring closure in his mind/past. He does so and the reaction is expected, “Can we still be friends?” his crush says, so you get the idea, he of course knows this already but he just needed to hear it from her, so he can move on without any hopes or hesitation of ever being with her in the future, from holding him back. During this drama, the girl that always flirts with him in the convenience store pops up on the street and of course she is a student of his crush, at least she used to be as she dropped out of school for undisclosed reasons. Oh boy, here we go then, the drama is apparently, the questions, the relationships. No doubt crush will end up liking our main boi for real and our dropout girl already likes him, so he will have to figure shit out. Show is shit if he doesn’t get with the dropout girl because of course. This is not a show I would watch but I can see it garnering some attention for those who like these kinds of stories, I do to a degree, but in our times of apparent wasteland pandemic apocalypse, I am unlikely to watch this. I need fun shit, not drama and stress, I can get that already just by watching the news or going to go buy food or groceries. Not bad tho, pass.
Gal to Kyouryuu – A very conceptual show featuring a gal girl who lives with a cute looking dinosaur thing. This could very well be a mini show at 12 minutes, but no, the other 12 minutes of the show is the exact same shit that happened in the first half except played out in live action with a person in a dinosaur suit and except a gal girl, some old man. what the fuck lol. The first 12 minutes are animated and goes though the story of how our gal girl ended up living with a dinosaur and whatnot in small short segments. Animation is simple and hardly any keyframes but whatever. The dino doesn’t talk, just makes expressions and is extremely derpy, which I guess is a source of comedy and amusement. I will try to watch this show because it is a mild pop team epic, but we’ll see. If it gets too dumb, then i’ll drop but if it gets super retarded, even better reason for me to watch this shit.
Hamefura – This is a pretty interesting show about a girl who has been isekaied/reborn into a victorian era magical world but to her dismay she has been reborn as a girl that would eventually become the main villain antagonist of the gay boy prince otome game that she was playing when she was alive in her original life. lol. So yea, basically we have our main girl in the victoria world, she is a little girl here and is kinda noble/royal rich but she accidentally falls on the ground head first on her huge gigantic fivehead, for some reason when she gains consciousness, she all of a sudden remembers her past life, being a highschool girl otaku that loves otome games and ended up dying for some reason and has become the main villain of the game she last played, which she knows that no matter what she either gets killed or banished from the kingdom in some way or another. With the horrible realization of her fate she begins the process of trying to not become the villainous ojousama of the future to the main heroine when she does arrive many years from now and not fuck her shit up triggering death flags. lol. The premise of this show is pretty jokes and funny and although it definitely is catered to a female audience is jokes and comical enough to be enjoyed by all. I’m sure the gay will increase considerable but hopefully the show doesn’t lose sight of the comical nature of the story as it has been presented. The main girl, our to be villian girl is pretty funny/not bad with a HUGE fivehead and the other guys being standard archtypes to a comical degree to the point where it should make fun of itself, but we’ll see. The character designs are decent, clean and the flow is very well done, i was entertained and it had my attention all the way. I’ll probably continue watching this unless is looses sight of what it is suppose to be, a funny show and turns full on gay, but it looks pretty good to me so far. Good shit.
Digimon Adventure (2020) – Remake reboot of the original anime show that everyone kinda watched in the late 90’s early 2000’s because apparently it was the best shit ever and people can’t get over it and it’s been about like 20 years or so I think since the franchise started and there hasn’t been a better story since the original. Ok then. Sure. The show has all the original characters from the original show but of course signigicant updates have been made to refresh in to a new generation, most notable the introduction of smartphones, tablets and laptops everywhere and internet. I think they still use a digivice to summon the beasts from the digital world but I can’t be sure, maybe it’s app connected with their phones now, just like how apple watch connects with your iphone bullshit. whatever, can’t remember details. In any regards, the character designs are largely unchanged, just slighted updated for the times but that’s not a whole lot really. From what I read, things will be different but I dunno, in any regards I won’t be watching this, although i’m sure fans of the original might possibly like it. Pass.
Gleipnir – lolololoololol here it is, our seasonal edgelord battle royale/hunger games/survival anime with various twists and gimmicks featuring an annoying furry faggot and some cool/hot girl sidekick running the show, leading him on. lololol. So yea, this show is exactly as I described it. Main boy is a wuss, has some ability to transform into a WOLF MASCOT FULL OF FUR, and he has battle abilities or whatever and he initially tries to save people but then gets caught up in some underground game with people of similar powers, not necessarily furry but something like it. Something something, collect the coins, find the dragon balls, grant your wish if you win the game and whatnot. Snorrreee whatever been there done that with this kind of story. Animation is ok character designs are questionable, main boy is undesirable, main girl is ok and everything else is mediocre as hell. Shit show, don’t’ watch unless you want to watch a try hard baity anime that no one will remember next season. Shit.
Shachou, Battle no Jikan desu! – Another shit show that would have actually benefited if it were an isekai, but sadly it is not. Do not be fooled by the “Desu!” at the end of the title, it’s shit. Basically we are in a fantasy world and some boy is shit and for some reason he gets pulled into to becoming the president of an adventuring/mining company cause in this world adventurers form guilds which act like companies and such for whatever reason. Some girl is the daughter of a company and asks this random boy to be president of the company because her father is missing/dead, you would think she would just be president but for whatever reason says some bullshit excuse saying “I’m not suited to be the president” even though she probably should, but anyways wuss boy goes along with it and is brought to the company where he finds out the company is basically just 4 people, including the daughter. Whatever, some shit happens and they kill a monster in a comical manner that is dumb. Shit show, boring as hell, shit round pokemon++ character designs and totally forgettable personalities and stupid premise. Shit show, why even bother.
Shironeko Project – Zero Chronicle – Oh boy, this is an ultimate edgelord chunni fantasy’s wet dream come to life. Look at the name of this shit, “White Cat Project: Zero Chronicle” might as well be, the “Legend of the Dark Flame Master: Weiss Ascension – Prelude to the Fallen”. The show goes on to explain the world, some shit about a Heaven world and a Demon world, floating fantasy island layers on top of each other, the story centers around a troubled youth with black hair with red highlights and shit when he meets some old ass traveling knight and he fights him and loses because he is youth and gets a good lecture from the knight. Main boi tries again and beats him and after a speech from the knight he says that he tried to become the Demon lord of the world to fight the Heaven world or some shit to bring balance (Star Wars Anakin III) because the heaven world is owning the Demon world pretty hard, but he failed, the current Demon lord is still too good for him to beat. After the speech the old knight that wanna be king literally dies and says some shit about, I pass my will onto you, continue in my footsteps, become the Demon lord and bring balance and gives him his old sword. The introduction features him eventually getting black wings and having a battle/romantic complicated relationship with an Angel queen or something with white wings. Oh boy lololololol. Wow. This shit is so cringe and laughable, prefect edgelord chunni bait, definitely the hottest shit for kids just discovering anime in grade 6-8. Animation is ok and the premise is lol, boring as fuck. lol, This generations introduction to anime 101, lol. Nope.
Princess Connect! Re Dive – Anime based off Cygames mobile game of the same name which to be honest I am not entirely sure how the gameplay is like. I think it’s a bit like a pull game but battle/epic seven maybe strategy autobattle fantasy? Not sure but either way it looks really nice and i’m sure they will throw in some characters from the cygames/grandblue/rageofbahumut/shadowverse world because of course they will. The story is about some shit that is so forgettable that I don’t even know, some boy comes around and doesn’t remember shit and some elf wizard comes and becomes his servant because of course she will. The party of two walk into town and eat some shit and marvel at the fantasy town and whatnot, more shit happens and they battle some monsters and meets I suppose the princess in princess connect and they are cool. They fight mushroom monsters and eat them. The show has a mild element of eating/hunting/cooking but at this point it’s so mild I can hardly call it a food show, not even. The show looks good with good designs and animation and is supposed to be kinda funny, chill with nice funny faces but I am not sure if battle adventure or slice of life fantasy. Either way, highly unlikely to watch this shit, although i’m sure if you play the game, it will be definitely of interest.
Houkago Teibou Nisshi – Alright boiz this is it, this is it. This is our gud shit that I have been waiting for this season, a solid good pure slice of life comedy school show about fishing. Hell yea, this is what I have been waiting for in this season. Chill ass show about fishing, awww yeaaa. So girl is usual, used to live in a small ass town but moved away to city, has to move back and go to school there now. Meets up with old childhood friends and is all like, heyo let’s go fishing and shit. Main girl meets random girl on the dock, talk some shit, ends up catching a octopus with the girl for lulz. Goes to school, she’s there, part of fishing club, oh yea that’s the shit. Old friend is there too, oh yea that’s the shit, hell yea. Join that club, fish that shit. Be a slice of life, oh god, that’s the shit yeaa boi. 10/10 slice of life about fishing, hell yea, watch for sure, animation is on point, characters are ok and pacing is there. Watch for sure, hell yea cooking tempura, fish sushi sashmi baby! This is the kind of shit that we need in our apocalypse mad max world! Fucckk yeaaa!!!
Shadowverse – I was wrong. When I learned about the details and saw the key promotional art for the Shadowverse anime, I was very disappointed, disappointed that I wouldn’t be getting a beautifully animated story of the card game Shadowverse, in that I wouldn’t be able to see Arisa, Eris, Isabelle, and Erika and lord blood boss Urias in full animated glory. But I was wrong, I was wrong and misguided into thinking that a serious fantasy anime based on a card game featuring art and characters from the Cygames lore would ever be successful. Yes, I was in denial, and blind to the simple reality that it just wouldn’t work or be successful considering that there have already been numerous rage of bamahut and grand blue fantasy anime’s already, all with questionable levels of quality and success. No, this is the way, this is the right way, I was wrong: Yugi-oh is the correct path to immortality. This show, Shadowverse the Animation, is literally bootleg Yugi-oh the original first season, featuring Yugi, Kaiba and a cast of other rad characters along for the ride as they duel it up with their smartphone duel discs that was passed down from grandpa and bullshit make no sense rules that defy the rules of the actual mobile card game for the sake of entertainment and drama. Heart of the cards? Yes. I can see it, the future, I can feel it. This is bootleg Yugi-oh, all that they are missing is some shadow realm and Egyptian themes, but I’m sure we’ll get there eventually. Yes, this is the way. The path to immortality, to becoming a meme god, a legend. Yes, this is the way. I will watch, for The Way.
Zashiki Warashi no Tatami-chan – Trash mini show about bullshit nothing. Just writing a few words here seems like too much. Pure shit trash.
Fugou Keiji Balance – UNLIMITED – This show can be summed up as “I am so rich bitch I can solve all my problems using money” holy shit this is so accurate it’s not even funny. So we have this boy, he is gay, or will be gay once female audiences watch this show and he is a detective, trying to solve shit and what not. Like most shows of this nature he has for unknown reasons been moved to a hooligan special detective branch of the police, not the main one and is all like, sure whatever. Shit happens and he wants to do stuff to find a bomb or bad things will happen. In the backdrop we have a bootleg pulp fiction story running in the background about small time hooligan burglar couple trying to rob a jewellery store together with comedic effect, whatever. Some car shit happens and the couple steals the car with the bomb in it. Oh noes. When all hope is lost for the main boi, some classy guy that basically looks like Sherlock Holmes from FGO pops up in a car and buys a fast car from some dude off the street and pursues the bomb card. More shit happens and he doesn’t give a shit about property damage, just buys everything. Even a bridge. More shit happens and the crime is resolved, they stop the bomb and Sherlock is all smug and shit to gay main boi. End episode with Sherlock joining the ghetto detective branch. This is a show that has been done before to a degree and is open to UNLIMITED gayness because of course it will be for female audiences, although the idea is that UNLIMITED is in reference to Sherlock’s checkbook, unlimited moneys. For what it is, it’s not bad to be honest jokes aside, but not really my thing, for those who like this shit tho, it’s there. Pass.
Appare-Ranman! – I can only imagine that this is an original show because it seems like it has no direction but seems very creative at the same time. Yea, it’s one of those. So we have last samurai period japan, things are going ok, western shit is getting cool and technology is getting imported like steam power and other technology. We have this ugly ass boy with red ponytail crazy messy hair and makeup at the edges of his lips like joker who is all like scientist inventor shit, i wanna be iron man level of tony stark. He wants to go on an adventure and ends up on America with some other stern samurai guy who is trying to stop him because his boss told him to. Based on the first episode they basically do FGO Summer Event: Ishtar Grand Prix Redux with crazy ass cars and mad max journeying across America with a bunch of crazy looking drivers and there crews. Yea, it’s wild bullshit conceptual. The show itself had my interest but the guy himself, main guy is so unappealing and ugly to look at, he’s basically a bootleg Senku from Dr Stone except red theme and fails more and more annoying for some reason, not the good kind of smug, the bitch kind. Not good. Maybe watch more but we’ll see, the animation and world/character design is fine, it’s just the main boy is shit, and that makes a world of a difference.
Kaguya-sama wa Kokurasetai S2 – This is going to be good so no point reviewing in detail. I know it’s going to be good because the first Kaguya sama was one of the more popular and culturally relevant shows of last year. If you haven’t watched the first season, you should, it’s good shit. This one should be the same aswell.
Kitsutsuki Tanteidokoro – Didn’t watch this yet but I dont’ care, it’s probably going to be shit. Ah well.
And that wraps up this Spring Seasons round up. Honestly, this season is kind of light on stuff to watch, not much essential must watch shows and just sequels from last season running. If you were to skip this season, you wouldn’t be missing all that much from a popular anime culture perspective, which in a way is good due to our days of pandemic ruin. I know alot of these shows have already been impacted and have been halted in production due to COVID19 so yea, let’s see how much of the pandemic will effect shows, hopefully not too much. We need anime more than ever in our tough times, but since this season is somewhat light, maybe it’s a good time to revisit older shows that have been missed initially in the past but are worth talking a look at now that everyone has time due to everyone in isolation. Not bad idea I think. With that said, I’ve been watching a lot of Hololive youtubers streams and videos lately because I am a mad lad and want to have nice Japanese voices and sounds fill my place at all times, it’s good entertaining shit but I’m beginning to get into what they call Hololive hell, it’s like reading Wikipedia articles, you can only go deeper and deeper in the rabbit hole and before you know it, it’s all you end up watching on youtube. Fuck. Ah well, my favorites are Matsuri, Pekora, Korone, Aqua, Haato and Rushia. Oh noes.
