Things That I Hate and Like
The first American carrier in Kancolle. That’s what this event was all about. Who gives a shit if you can get 2 brand new drop only destroyers or the first French boat; a shitty Seaplane Tender from a map clear. Who gives a shit, this event is about making Kancolle Great Again, via AMERICAN NAVAL …
I talked about receiving this figure in the mail almost exactly a year ago in this post which just goes to show that I really do take my damn sweet time in opening my toys and shit. But in any regards I’ve had Black Heart open and on display since the start of the month …
So it’s turning out that fall is the season of sports. I’m ok with that but man, where are my slice of life take it easy shows?
It’s good to have easy boats. After all the hard work and stupidity of the past spring kancolle event, I welcome the shortened and much easier boat event. Although they still had the newly implemented land airbase system it wasn’t so bad because of the tweaked mechanics and the fact that all of the maps …
Background: The Seven Deadly Sins is something of a figure collection series by well known illustrator Nishii, who has done an abundant of work for Nitro+ most notably, DemonBane, Jingai Makyo and perhaps most famously the Hyakka Ryouran: Samurai Girls media franchise. A number of years ago there was a lot of figures being produced for …

As May comes to a close, so does the insanity known as the Kancolle Spring Event 2016. What was supposed to be the long awaited release of the American battleship Iowa, derived into a giant spiral of madness; at least for some admirals. At it’s very onset the event was extended past it’s original end …
Like most scale figures that I buy, they usually end up sitting around unopened for at least a period of time; for Tougetsu Matsuri here, it’s been about 4-5 months since I first received her. When I buy a figure, I usually justify the purchase using a variety of factors; sometimes it’s because the figure …
Background: I’ve had this figure sitting around for about half a year now since I received it in the mail so I’d think it’s time to open it and snap a few pictures and stuff. I think the usual queue is like 3-4 months but depending on how I feel, longer; I actually have a …
Not looking too great this season but we’ll see what we have as more shows come out.
